Overview: Ceva’s Customer Solutions Group covers all technical aspects of CEVA users. The group is responsible for maintaining deep technical expertise in Ceva’s products, helping our field team, partners, and customers by developing trainings, application notes, establishing communication and knowledge-sharing platforms, and providing deep levels of technical advice and support for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Role Focus: Supporting all hardware aspects of Ceva’s Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities:

Maintain deep technical expertise in Ceva’s products.

Develop training materials, application notes, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Provide technical advice and support for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Collaborate with Ceva’s R&D, Field Application Engineers, partners, and customers.

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering from a leading university.
  • Experience: Over 5 years in VLSI Design, VLSI Verification, or Hardware Architecture.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable material.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Embedded Software Development: Experience with ARM, MIPS, TI, Freescale, NPUs, or other DSPs.
  • Debugging: Experience with processor development boards and debugger interactions.
  • Architectures: Familiarity with embedded processors or DSP architectures.
  • Customer Interaction: Prior experience with direct customer communication.
